The Series 2 LED face mask features 236 bulbs:

This wavelength has more recently been shown in scientific evidence to be highly effective for skin renewal and wrinkle reduction, penetrating up to 10mm into the hypodermis to stimulate collagen production deep below the surface of the skin.
Power alone doesn’t determine the effectiveness of LED masks. In fact, excessive power could harm the skin, while lower power over a longer period often delivers the best results. To determine the quality and effectiveness of an LED mask, it’s important to also look at the wavelength precision, LED light coverage and session length.
Despite having the same power density (or irradiance) as the original mask (30 mw/cm²) and requiring just 10 minutes of use, the Series 2 LED Mask is designed to offer unmatched wavelength precision and coverage for optimal results. The graph below illustrates how these enhancements mean more even and consistent sessions across the full face compared to a standard flexible LED mask. Step 1: Perform a sensitivity test (see additional information).
Step 2: Wash and dry your skin completely. Apply a few drops of CurrentBody Skin Green Tea Serum or Hydrogel Sheet Masks to enhance results.
Step 3: Attach and adjust the double strap around your head.
Step 4: Turn on your device. Sit back and relax for your 10-minute session.
Step 5: Remove the device and wipe it dry.
Step 6: Store your device safely in the protective bag.
We recommend using the LED mask 3 to 5 times a week.
Yes, although there is no evidence that longer than the recommended session duration is effective.
The device is 100% painless. It does not generate heat and should not be uncomfortable.

I’ve been using mask for 7 weeks and can see a slight improvement. It’s still early days, my skin looks better. As for the mask itself, it’s large, one size fits all. Fairly heavy. I watched you tube videos on how to fit it, use the straps and eye inserts. Yes I use the eye inserts as I have a thing about my eyes and the brightness put me off slightly. It took a few goes to get the right fit and now I have no issues. It can feel heavy on your face if your straps are not in the correct position but I tend to lay down with it on and relax for 10 minutes. I love the amount of LEDs, they cover all areas. The ease of use and the 10 minute shut off is brilliant. Charging is easy and lasts for ages. It’s not cheap but there was no way I was placing just anything on my face. I did a lot of research and this came out on top. Definitely recommend and I hope to see more results as time goes on.
