We do not recommend carrying out more than one mode consecutively or using more than once within a 24-hour period.
Blue light therapy can cause temporary hyperpigmentation on darker skin tones. Fitzpatrick skin type III is described as “white, olive-toned”, and it is this tone and darker that may develop hyperpigmentation after exposure to blue light. We recommend discontinuing use if hyperpigmentation occurs.
1.Place the device in contact with your skin. Recommended areas include the inner thigh, arm or back of the hand.
2. Turn on and complete a full session. Stop use immediately if your skin feels hot or uncomfortable.3. Wait at least 24 hours.
4. If the skin appears red and/or itchy the device is unsuitable for you. Please contact our Customer Support team and return the device to us within 14 days for a full refund.

Photosensitivity Warning
Certain medical conditions, medications, and chemicals are known to increase sensitivity to light. Common triggers include:
- Medications: Antibiotics (especially for skin conditions), steroids (topical or injectable), Roaccutane (avoid for 6 months post-use), diuretics, and St. John’s Wort (wait 3 months after injections before using LED)
- Skincare: Salicylic acid, AHA/BHA exfoliants, glycolic acid, fruit acids, retinoids, hydroquinone, retinol, benzoyl peroxide, or any product that causes sun sensitivity or phototoxic reactions
- Other triggers: Coal tar, certain perfumes, antiperspirants, antibacterial soaps, artificial sweeteners, naphthalene (found in mothballs), petroleum products, brightening agents in laundry detergents, and cadmium sulphide (used in some tattoo inks)

I went for the multi mask as I wanted to have the option to switch to a glow or clearing day when my skin can feel congested. I love that you have lots of options. I have been using the mask for 8weeks and the feel and tone of my skin has definitely changed and improved. I’m wearing less makeup and just look a lot brighter around my eyes. Would definitely recommend. Cheaper than two facials and you get results.

I did a few weeks of research since it was a splurge and received my mask last week. I can already see a difference after 2-3 times of use (honestly, I saw a difference after I used it the first time) and have gotten compliments already on my skin. I highly recommend this product. It’s easy to use.. as per other reviewers sometimes you have to fiddle with the fit first to get it right. And I might start using the eye pieces, as it is bright. But once you get used to it, lie back and relax, it’s a great short 10 minute session. The deciding factors after my research was how well tested Current Body was and the device comes with a card you can scan to see all the specifics on your actual device - so cool! Also, the main factor was that it had multiple lights, especially blue.

I spent a long time researching the multiple options out there. I knew I didn't want something "hard", but not too "soft" either, because I knew I wanted some structure-but not so "hard" that it wouldn't adjust to my face-because everyone's face shape and size is different! I really like how this latest Multi Light therapy mask has options. I mostly use the red light "anti-aging" option and the "complete" option.
It's been about 3m, and I'm reserving my final recommendations for 6m, but so far I do think there has been some improvement in my skin. I'm in my mid 40s and I was looking to increase brightness and decrease fine lines (in particular my forehead).
One caution, there are eye light blocks, but I still find the light a bit bright to do anything. So to be extra careful with my vision, I close my eyes. However, if anyone were to ask, I would recommend this as a really solid choice. Happy with this mask so far.

I have been using the LED Multi-Light Mask every evening since 18 November 2025, rotating between Anti-Aging, Brightening and Restoration modes without interruption.
After just over three months of consistent use, I have noticed gradual improvement in overall skin texture. My skin feels smoother when cleansing, and the inner cheek area adjacent to the nose appears more refined in terms of pore size. Foundation also applies more evenly and looks better on the skin.
I have not observed a significant lifting effect, and there has been little visible change in pore size on the nose itself.
For comfort, I personally prefer to use the mask while lying down with my eyes closed, rather than securing all the straps. I find this more relaxing and it prevents pressure marks around the eye area. This has worked well for me and makes the session feel like a short rest period.
While I do use other skincare devices occasionally, this mask has been the most consistent part of my routine during this period. Based on my experience so far, I am satisfied and plan to continue.

This is an honest review as I have waited nearly 2 months to see how my skin has been. I began using my multi light therapy mask at the start of January 2026, and have used it most weeks about 3 to 4 times a week.
I can see the difference in my skin as it has toned my skin up especially under my chin which is a difficult area to tone when you are a woman in your late 50s and also it has toned up my cheek areas, the skin is more firmer than it has been. I also use the green light mode which is for brightening the skin and have seen a difference. My skin was good before, but it looks even better now.
The only thing I would say is I think the mask should come in two sizes, small and normal, as I have a small face and had a little bit of fiddling to get it to sit right but got around that by using a towelling head band under the chin area so that it sits better and it is fine. The battery life is great last a while and it comes with a great little bag so you can take it with you if you are travelling. Overall I am very pleased with it and would say that it is a great mask.
