Step 1: Start with a sensitivity test (find out how to do this in your mask's manual).
Step 2: Cleanse your skin and pat dry. Attach the mask, then adjust the strap around your head (for the Series 2 Mask, attach the top strap across the top of your head).
Step 3: Switch on, sit back and relax for 10 minutes. The mask will automatically switch off when your treatment is finished.
Step 4: Remove the mask from your head and wipe clean.

Only been using the mask for 4 weeks so too soon to say how effective it will be. I purchased this mask to replace a cheaper mask I'd been using for the past 3 years which had just started to become faulty. I have a small head so found the extra strap to go on the top of your head to be of little use however the mask stays in place with the two side straps. Like the fact the mask is designed to cover the chin area abit better & fact there are more LED s compared to my previous mask. Two small negatives is you don't get any warning light when the battery is running low . Would have preferred if the battery was detachable for travelling with the mask as will have to put the mask in my hand luggage which may well cause some issues when travelling abroad & going through baggage checks. Also mask will be more difficult to pack given it doesn't lie flat. Just small issues which weren't enough to stop me from buying the mask. Certainly think my skin looks alittle more radiant since using the mask for past 4 weeks.
