This wavelength has more recently been shown in scientific evidence to be highly effective for skin renewal and wrinkle reduction, penetrating up to 10mm into the hypodermis to stimulate collagen production deep below the surface of the skin.
Power alone doesn’t determine the effectiveness of LED masks. In fact, excessive power could harm the skin, while lower power over a longer period often delivers the best results. To determine the quality and effectiveness of an LED mask, it’s important to also look at the wavelength precision, LED light coverage and session length.

Step 1: Perform a sensitivity test (see additional information).
Step 2: Wash and dry your skin completely. Apply a few drops of CurrentBody Skin Green Tea Serum or Hydrogel Sheet Masks to enhance results.

It definitely does not !! if anything I can see a small little difference in my redness of my skin. So if you ever say that, you are perfectly fine to use this. The only thing that I was worried about is that I keep seeing information about radiance and radiance of a mass should be between 50 and 55 and current bodies is only 30 so I wonder if it will actually make a difference in the long run I’m not sure subconsciously it is. I do love how many lights there are and I will continue to use it every single day even if it’s subconsciously in my head working. If I’m using it every day, it should make a little bit of a difference.

A month in and already seeing amazing results with the Red Light Therapy Mask Series 2.
It is comfortable to wear although a little bit oversized for me. But I’m fine with that. The two larger straps fit fine but removed the over the head ones. Not really necessary as I prefer to lie down in a darkened room and relax. I use the mask most days for the allotted time.
My skin appears smoother and lifted. My husband keeps telling me how smooth and glowy it looks . Age 76 and getting excellent results. What else can I say but loving this mask.
