Turn on the Nouri and it will begin in massage mode. You can change the settings up or down to make the suction stronger or lighter. Then after 2 minutes, it will move to expression mode. For rapid mode, press and hold the M button to get done faster. When finished, clean and store.

I like the soft shield and the massage mode, it helps expressing, suction is powerful but very gentle, I never had an issue with my nipples unlike with other pumps.
The pump comes with quite a few components but they are very easy to assemble, there’s instructions to help but I actually didn’t need to use them at all.
I pump frequently and manual pumps aren’t good enough for me, I don't have time to be sitting in a chair tied to a breast pump. This one is so easy to use and it’s so quick. It’s perfect for night time , it’s so quiet (not silent but the most quiet I used!) and it’s , I actually use it as a night light for our nursery room.
When you find the setting that's right for you, you're able to get much more than with other pumps. I’ve now built additional supply and it means my partner can be involved in feeding too.
I’ve tried a couple of different pumps now but this Nouri Duo is hands down the best I’ve used.
