Therabody TheraFace Mask

Step 1: Clean your skin and pat dry. Slide the TheraFace Mask eye shield into the mask through the protrusions that meet near the nose.

Step 2: Place the device on your face and adjust both of the velcro straps to your desired fit.

Step 3: To turn on your device, either Long press the LED button (G) to turn ON LED light and vibration, or the vibration button (H) to turn ON vibration only.

Step 4: Short press the vibration button (H) or LED button to toggle through each vibration mode (Continuous, Breathing and Wave).

Expert Advice: Although optional, use of the eye shields can reduce strain on the eyes from the light. Do not look into the LED lights during treatment. Some redness is normal and should subside within 5 to 10 minutes of using the eye shields.

For maximum benefits, we recommend using the preset treatment 1x/day and up to 7 days per week.

The Therabody TheraFace Mask has 648 powerful LEDs that emit 3 types of light (red, red + near-infrared, blue) wavelengths for an effective full face treatment.

Vibration therapy increases circulation, reduces tension and can also help provide relief from aches and pains. TheraFace Mask delivers massaging vibration therapy to key pressure points on the face and scalp to promote relaxation and stress relief.

Step 1: Wipe the device clean with a disposable cloth after each use. Before cleaning, power the device OFF by long pressing the LED light button (G) or vibration button (H). Ensure that your device is not connected to a charging cable or power source before cleaning.

Step 2: Visually inspect the device for any obvious signs of debris build up. Wipe off any visible dirt with a disposable cloth moistened with a mild detergent. Be sure to wipe the interior surfaces of the mask.

Step 3: Use a soft cloth with 70% isopropyl alcohol to wipe and disinfect the mask for 3 minutes, especially the inner surface of the mask.

Step 4: Repeat this process 3 times.

Step 5: Wipe the disinfectant with a clean, dry cloth or towel until there is no visible residue.

Do not submerge the device in water or apply excessive cleaning solution or disinfectant when cleaning.

To put the Therabody TheraFace Mask to the test, the Therabody Science team partnered with Media Lab Science on a 12-week independent clinical study. 31 individuals between the ages of 39 to 64 participated, using TheraFace Mask’s science backed 9-minute pre-programmed treatment just once a day. The results were as follows:
