Wipe your devices with a damp cloth to clean. Do not submerge your devices in water or use abrasive cleaners.
Your devices will come with a USB-C charger to plug into a mains outlet. The indicator light will turn solid white once charging is complete.
10 minutes. This is the optimal session length for visible results.
Yes, both devices can be worn at the same time.
Press and hold the power button on each controller to start your session. For troubleshooting issues, please refer to the user manual.
Yes. The LED Neck & Décolletage Mask comes with 2 straps, meaning you can use it on your back, lower chest or stomach area.
Place the device in contact with your skin. Recommended areas include the inner thigh, arm or back of the hand.
Turn on and complete a full session. Stop use immediately if your skin feels hot or uncomfortable.
Wait at least 24 hours.
If the skin appears red and/or itchy the device is unsuitable for you. Please contact our Customer Support team and return the device to us within 14 days for a full refund.
Certain medical conditions, medications and chemicals are known to induce photosensitivity. Photosensitivity is a common side effect of various medications. These can include many
commonly used medications, skincare, supplements, antibiotics, diuretics and steroids.
St John's Wort, certain perfumes, antiperspirants, antibacterial soaps, artificial sweeteners, naphthalene (mothballs), petroleum products, brightening agents found in laundry detergent and
cadmium sulphide (a chemical injected into the skin during tattooing).
Anyone with the following medical conditions should not use this device:
• Epilepsy or seizures triggered by light
• Metabolic disorders such as Porphyria
• Autoimmune disorders such as Systemic Lupus Erythematosus
(SLE)
•Photosensitive disorders
• Active cancers
• Use of photosensitive medication or skincare
• Eye disease
• Glaucoma
• Cataracts
• Recent laser eye surgery
• Light-induced headaches or migraines.

The mask was used 5 times a week for 10 weeks. Maybe I need to be even more patient, but so far no skin improvement has been visible. The fine lines and sagging skin under the chin have not improved yet. However, I'm not giving up yet, and I'm going to use it for a few more weeks in the hope that my patience will be rewarded.
The face mask is also a bit too big. Maybe 2 formats could be offered in the future?

I have used the les mask and neck kit for quite a few years and these are my second purchase. My only complaint for the new led neck is that it is so big - I know I am only small but I am finding it far too big - it’s a pity current body don’t make a small and large size. The one I replaced because it no longer worked was a much better size for me personally as I found the first one more comfortable to wear. Apart from that I would not be without them as I do think they keep my skin looking good.
