The new and improved CurrentBody Skin LED Anti-Blemish Mask: Series 2 features an additional 88 LEDs and a chin strap for advanced, full-face light coverage at home.
220 blue (415nm) and red (633nm) LEDs kill blemish-causing bacteria, reduce oil production and inflammation and boost collagen production, helping to treat and heal blemishes and prevent new ones from forming.

Yes. Use the provided goggles during your blue light treatment.
Our device contains both red and blue LEDs in the same treatment, making the light look a pink/purple colour as the lights mix.
This device is suitable for use on skin types I-IV according to the Fitzpatrick scale with mild to moderate acne.
The CurrentBody Skin Anti-Blemish Mask uses two clinically proven wavelengths (red 633nm and blue 415nm) to target acne-causing bacteria and reduce inflammation.
We expect you to see results within 6 weeks of using the mask. However, everyone’s skin is different and will react to the treatment in different ways. After 6 weeks of consistent use, we recommend taking a break from the device for a couple of weeks before continuing with treatment.
The CurrentBody Skin LED Anti-Blemish Mask has been FDA-cleared and is safe for use on the skin.
Before beginning treatment, wash and dry your face. Make sure you have conducted a light sensitivity test if it is your first time using the device.
Certain medical conditions, medications and chemicals are
known to induce photosensitivity. Photosensitivity is a common
side effect of various medications. These can include many
commonly used medications, skincare, supplements, antibiotics,
diuretics and steroids.

St John's Wort, certain perfumes, antiperspirant, antibacterial
soaps, artificial sweeteners, naphthalene (mothballs), petroleum
products, brightening agents found in laundry detergent and
cadmium sulphide (a chemical injected into the skin during
tattooing).
Anyone with the following medical conditions should not use
this device:
- Epilepsy or seizures triggered by light
- Metabolic disorders such as Porphyria
- Autoimmune disorders such as Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE)
- Photosensitive disorders
- Active cancers
- Use of photosensitive medication or skincare
- Eye disease
- Glaucoma
- Cataracts
- Recent laser eye surgery
- Light induced headaches or migraines.

I own two CurrentBody therapy face masks, and one from another brand I will not mention by name, only to say it starts with an O. The CurrentBody masks are my favorite. They work great and have unmatched light strength. The only reason I am giving this mask a 4 rather than a 5 star review is that the noise piece on this mask digs into my nose a bit, which I don’t like because I have a skin condition where I have to try to avoid having pressure on my skin. Aside from that, this is a great mask! I would rate CurrentBody number 1 in therapy masks.

I now use the LED therapy mask every other day on well-cleansed skin and I'm really positively surprised. My skin glows more, feels calmer and I've had hardly any new acne since then. Even minor inflammations seem to disappear more quickly. It feels like a relaxing moment of lying to myself, mask on, not having to do anything. Really an upgrade to my skincare routine.

I bought this a few months ago, when my acne was really bad. My acne has got so much better, i wouldn't put my acne clearing just on this product as i do believe getting clear skin is based on several factors eg reducing stress, diet and exercise . But i think this product has reduced the redness and appearance of blemishes and given my skin an overall glow. So i would definitely recommend!

Overall, I’m happy with the CurrentBody Blue Light Face Mask and have noticed improvements in my skin. My main concern was chin acne, and while it’s helped, I do feel the design could be better — the cord comes out of the chin, limiting the number of lights in that area. I purchased the Series 1 for cost reasons, but it looks like they addressed this issue in Series 2. I would also suggest starting every other day, as daily use can dry your skin out. Still a great product for the price.
