UK deliveries are made by DPD Express or Royal Mail. If DPD is used, you will receive either an SMS or e-mail with the one-hour time slot on the delivery day to make sure you receive your parcel in a timely manner.
If you are ordering multiple products including items on pre-order, your items may be delivered separately. However, you will only pay one delivery charge.
Please note that our couriers are experiencing unforeseeable customs delays for orders being shipped to South Africa. If you are ordering from South Africa, please be aware that products may take an additional 6-8 weeks to reach their destination address.
We deliver to the Scottish Highlands and British Islands. However, we advise allowing for an additional four days for standard delivery. For further details, please see here.

Changed your mind? If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, you have 30 days to return your item(s). If the item is new and unused, with all the original accessories, packaging and manufacturing seals intact, you will be eligible for a full refund. Philips offer a 100-day money back guarantee and any returns under this policy will be managed directly by the Philips. We will provide you with a dedicated returns number and details of how to return your device.
We will aim to process your return on the day we receive your parcel. Once the return has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your refund. Following this, we advise that it usually takes 5 days for your account to be credited with the refund, however, some payment providers and payment types can take up to 14 days to credit your account. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages to your parcel in transit.
In the event of a return, you will be refunded the amount you paid for the product.
A selection of countries offer consumers the opportunity to reclaim import taxes and duties. However, this requires a personal application to your local government or authority and we are unable to support this process.
Please note the Refreshed NuFACE devices are non-returnable unless faulty. They come with a 6-month warranty which covers the device should you experience any faults.
Due to the intimate nature of devices, we can only accept returns of an Elvie Trainer or Elvie Pump if the device is sealed and unused. If you wish to return an opened or used Elvie Trainer or Elvie Pump, please email email@example.com who will be able to advise you on the next steps. All returns of opened Elvie devices are managed by the brand themselves.
