Step 6: Sit back and relax. The device will turn off after 10 minutes.
First measure across your forehead, above the ears, to find the diameter of the head. Based on your measurements, choose from the below:

Both technologies use the power of light coverage to stimulate cells, increasing blood flow and scalp circulation while delivering essential nutrients directly to the hair follicles. The wavelengths play an important role in hair growth and the development of strong, healthy hair follicle cells. Although these light therapy technologies are similar, there are notable distinctions.
Laser therapy for hair growth uses a single wavelength to focus a narrow beam of light directly to the scalp, treating a small area. Before carrying out your first treatment you must carry out a sensitivity test. Follow the step by step guide below;
1. Power on your device.
2. Switch ON the controller and allow the device to run for its full 10-minute treatment program. The device will automatically switch off after 10 minutes.
3. At any time if your skin feels HOT or uncomfortable STOP using the device immediately.
4. After the treatment wait at least 6 hours. If the skin appears red and/or itchy the device is unsuitable for you.

I've been using the 'helmet' for a month now, 10 minutes every day. After 1 month, I can't give that much difference.
My hair barely grows or does not grow, now after a month I have the impression that it is a bit longer. A lot of no... which is also not possible after a month. I'll keep using it and will come back within 2 months. Then it's 3 months, then I'll have a better view.

The only thing that bothers me is that the helmet does not mention when it is low battery and simply shuts down, making me believe sometimes that the 10 mins is up when in actuality the helmet simply doesn’t have any more battery.

I am very happy to have a good red light therapy helmet... but they went too far by adding the bluetooth speakers. Mine make a rattling noise when there is sound, and so I can't really use that feature.
Also, I was right on the cusp of small or large but went with small. The padding on the speakers make this feel quite tight on my head. Wish I'd gone with a larger size or that I could remove the speakers to make a little space.

This really has been a complete gamechanger for my hairloss and regrowth.
I’ve used this every single day, without a single day off, for 7 months and have seen significant reduction in hairloss and significant increase in hair growth.
Now, what I would say is that hairloss reduction could be down to a number of different factors (I upped my iron and vitamin D, for instance, as I was suffering from extremely bad hairloss following some medication I took), but the regrowth speed is categorically down to this device.
So while stopping hairloss is not something I can fully vouch for, I will say that the regrowth using this has been speedy and really impressive.
The single caveat to all of the above is consistency of usage - there hasn’t been a single day I haven’t used my helmet in 7 months. I’ve taken it everywhere with me (even camping!) and it’s not been easy, especially after several glasses of wine after a night out, but it’s entirely been worth it and I have no doubt that that’s the real key to its success.
