Easy to clean; wash after every use, either in warm water and mild dishwashing soap, or in the dishwasher. The shields are microwave, fridge and freezer safe for ease and convenience. You must sanitize your Breast Shields for 5 minutes every day in boiling water.
HOW DO I KNOW MY BREAST SHIELD SIZE?
Finding your perfect Breast Shield size is a breeze. Simply place the Elvie Stride Breast Shield onto the center of your nipple, ensuring that the sizing symbol is facing upwards and the fit lines are aligned with the outside or your nipple.
Your Elvie Stride Breast Pump comes with the 24mm Breast Shield. If this size does NOT cover your nipple, then the larger 28mm size is available for purchase. As is the smaller 21mm size if needed.
No nipple is the same, so it’s important to repeat this process for both sides for a completely comfortable fit. And that goes for nipple direction too! Align your Breast Shield to the direction each nipple is pointing when putting on your Breast Pump.
Women's bodies often change during the feeding journey, and you may find that another Elvie Stride Breast Shield size becomes a better fit. Be sure to store unused Breast Shields in a cool, dry place.
