Delivery Questions

  • How long will delivery take?

    UK
    All in stock items will be dispatched the same day if ordered before 1pm, Monday to Friday and delivered within 2 working days.

    France, Germany, Spain
    All in stock items will be dispatched the same day if ordered before 1pm, Monday to Friday and delivered within 4-6 working days.

    Rest of Europe
    All in stock items will be dispatched the same day if ordered before 1pm, Monday to Friday and delivered within 5-10 working days.

    US / Canada
    All in stock items will be dispatched the same day if ordered before 1pm, Monday to Friday and delivered within 4-6 working days.

    Rest of the World
    All in stock items will be dispatched the same day if ordered before 1pm, Monday to Friday and delivered within 5-10 working days.

  • Can I collect my order from your medical centre in Bolton?
    Yes – absolutely! Please call us in advance to ensure we have your item in stock at our premises.
  • What happens if I’m not in when a delivery is made?
    The courier will put a card through your door with your delivery details on. You can then call up to either arrange a redelivery (at no extra charge) on a more convenient weekday or you can arrange to collect it from your local depot.

  • What happens if the item I want to order isn’t in stock?
    We will email you within 24 hours to let you know when we will next have stock of your item in. We don’t charge your credit card until dispatch so you can keep your order on back order and cancel at any time just by calling or emailing us.
  • Are my credit card details secure?
    Yes – very! All transactions are performed on a secured web server. All information you provide is encrypted (scrambled) using the industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology so that when you submit an order from the online form to our computer, nothing can be read as it travels down the secure line.
  • I’ve seen a cheaper price elsewhere – will you price match?
    We constantly check our competitors pricing to ensure we have the best prices in Europe but in the unlikely event that you have seen a product advertised elsewhere for cheaper then please email or call us with the relevant details and in 99% of cases we will either match or even beat the other price.
