Step 1: Choose the right attachment for your treatment and power the Theragun Prime on.

Step 2: Use the arrows to choose one of the 5 preset speeds or dial in via the app.

Step 3: Hold the massage gun perpendicular to your treatment area. Only the attachment should touch your body.

Step 4: Follow the app instructions to carry out your treatment. When you're finished, clean and store it.

Ball - Can be used on standard large or small muscle groups, strength is a 5/10

Cone - The most intense, for hands or feet and pinpoint treatments, strength is a 10/10

Thumb - For your trigger points and the lower back, strength is a 7/10

Dampener - Great overall tip, good for bony or sensitive areas, strength is a 3/10

A great machine

It’s pretty light and quiet and it’s easy to massage most parts of the body.

The handle is a great shape and the noddles provide you with a range of shapes.

Great speed and power also.

The only negative is that I have to charge it a little more than my last one, but it’s definitely worth it. It gives a great massage and gets to the knots and tight areas that need it.

Great product

Great product for pre or post workout. Good battery life and variable frequency settings along with feature to use the app which has custom programs for different body massage. The app is really good and shows if you are applying too little to much or optimum force for max benefit.

Great service and totally awesome product

I get a lot of achiness in my upper back from computer work and knitting. This works great for these issues. It is also a lovely relaxing and effective massage post- workout. I would recommend the Theragun to anyone.
