HOW IT WORKS

Theragun is the only massage device proven to improve your recovery, performance, sleep, mobility and stress. Calibrated at an optimum amplitude of 16mm for a deeper, more powerful muscle massage that encourages blood flow to the muscles, flushing out toxins to achieve faster muscle recovery.

Reaching 60% deeper into your muscles than a normal muscle massage gun for increased recovery benefits and quicker pain relief.

6 attachment heads deliver a targeted treatment where you need it most. Including a cone-shaped attachment for pinpoint muscle massage and a dampener attachment for more tender areas of the body.

HOW TO USE

Step 1: Choose from the 6 attachments, secure and turn on your device.

Step 2: Connect to the Therabody App for personalised routines.

Step 3: Adjust the speed using the (+) and (-) buttons.

Step 4: Float the Theragun PRO across the treatment areas, applying light to moderate pressure as needed.

Step 5: Enjoy your session using a guided treatment preset or on freestyle mode. Turn off when complete.

Solid performance, feels like it really gets into the muscles good ergonomics wish it could be slightly lighter weight for hard to reach shoulder area but really good product with impressive battery life before recharge

A powerful bit of kit.

The gun is wonderfully powerful, brought initially for my wife - who suffers with tight calf muscles and has been useful. Battery life is good and settings are fine. App is a little basic but you dont really need to use that aspect - so can't complain.

Would highly recommend.
