The TensCare Perfect PFE MEN Pelvic Floor Exerciser is great for helping you to maximise your exercises and redevelop muscle control.

TensCare technology gently contracts your pelvic floor muscles with electronic impulses to improve your natural strength. The device has 5 preset Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) programmes including Stress, Urge, Mixed and Tone aftercare. The large LCD screen clearly shows the operation of the unit, allowing you to easily adjust the programme and intensity.
Regular use can also help to maintain core strength and enhance sexual pleasure through increased sensitivity. TensCare Perfect PFE for Men is designed to fight bladder weakness and provide pelvic pain relief, for conditions such as chronic prostatitis and chronic pelvic pain syndrome.
Maintain healthy bowel movements, improve pelvic strength and amplify rectal sensation for elevated pleasure. Ideal for the recovery of erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation, to improve your sex life.

HOW TO USE
Step 1: Sanitise with alcohol-free bacterial wipes or with warm soapy water.
Step 2: Connect the probe to the unit, then insert the probe.
Step 3: Turn on your device, and select your desired programme.
Step 4: Adjust the intensity for a personalised session.
Step 5: Turn off your device once your session is complete.
Unfortunately, due to the intimate nature of this product, we are unable to accept returns once the box has been opened.
The stainless steel in the probe’s metal plates contain some Nickel. This could cause a reaction if you have a Nickel allergy. Alternative gold probe specially made without Nickel is available to purchase from TensCare.
Caution should be used if you have a copper IUD. If discomfort occurs, discontinue treatment immediately and ask your healthcare professional for advice.
There is a small risk of stimulating the uterine wall if the IUD is not correctly positioned.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Do NOT use with optional electrode pads if you have a pacemaker (or if you have a heart rhythm problem) or with any electronic medical devices. Using this unit with electronic medical devices may cause erroneous operation of the device. Stimulation in the direct vicinity of an implanted device may affect some models.
Do NOT use in the first 6 weeks following a surgery in the area being treated. Stimulation may disrupt the healing process.
Do NOT use if you have symptoms of active urinary tract infection or localised lesions. Introducing the probe may irritate sensitive tissue.
Do NOT use if you have poor sensation in the pelvic region. You may not be able to control the intensity of stimulation safely.

I’m a little disappointed in regards to the max 20 milliamperes this unit puts out. If there was a way to increase it to 40 I would give it more respect. On the positive side I will say for the short time I have used the probe I believe it is starting to help strengthen my kegal muscles, what’s left of them.
So would I recommend this product it’s too early to say. IF the boxes below had a maybe that’s the box I would check right now. So for me to complete this survey I have to check one box so I say yes.
