Is the Returns policy the same as other products on your site?
Unfortunately, due to Elvie Pump being an intimate product, we cannot accept returns for hygiene reasons. If you are having problems with your Elvie Pump, please get in touch at sales@currentbody.com so we can provide troubleshooting tips which should help you get your device back to full working order. Please note that if a fault is found on the device, we will involve Elvie to resolve the matter.
