Trustworthy Technology

Did you know the Tria 4X removes 70% of unwanted hair after just two treatments?

Many of the industry's most reputable dermatologists and surgeons recommend Tria, including Dr. Eric Bernstein. "I use what I know works and what I trust, and that's why I recommend the Tria for home-based hair removal."

The Tria 4X provides you with permanent results. You can see visible results after just 2 treatments; the Tria Laser 4X is a worthwhile investment. No more hair removal creams or facial bleaching creams, waxing or razors.

Diode Laser

The technology used in the Tria Hair Removal 4X gives you permanent hair removal, not hair reduction.

The Diode Laser contains a particular wavelength that is optimised for permanent results. Its energy is specifically targeted to the hair follicle, giving you accurate results that are permanent.

The Tria Laser 4X is suitable for most skin tones and hair colours. More effective than IPL technology, it is a safe, effective treatment that offers you permanent results.

90 Day Money Back Guarantee

We're so confident that you'll get results you'll love with your Tria 4X that we offer a 90 day money back guarantee. We ask that you have used the device for 70 days, every two weeks. This ensures that you have given the device a proper chance to start working for you. We also advise that 12 weeks is the correct treatment time to see results from the device.

Who Can Use Tria?

Tria is suitable for those with skin type I to IV according to the Fitzpatrick Scale. It is not suitable for use on blonde, white, grey or red hair.

It is not recommended for these skin and hair types as the laser may not effectively remove hair and it could cause pigmentation in your skin.

1. What technology does the Tria 4X use?
The Tria 4X uses the same laser diode that is used in the salons. The Tria removes unwanted hair by means of exposure to pulses of laser light that destroy the hair follicle. This is why it can deliver permanent results and works only on naturally brown or black hair.

2. How often do I need to treat and what preparations must I make?
6 weeks before your treatment you would need to stop waxing or plucking the hair and do not have a skin peel treatment. Once charged you would need to cleanse, shave and dry the skin. You can shave between treatments but do not pluck or wax the hair.

3. Which areas can't I use this on?
Do not use the Tria 4X on or around the eyes, eyebrows or eyelashes. Doing so can cause permanent injury to the eyes. Do not use on the ears, nipples, genitals or around the anus as these areas may have more sensitive skin, a darker skin tone or greater hair density.

4. How long does the battery life last?
You would need to charge the Tria 4X laser for at least 2 hours before you use it or anytime the battery indicator is 'empty' and blinking. You may need to charge the Tria in the middle of a treatment, this is normal but we would expect the battery tp last around 25-30 minutes.

5. When will I see results?
Tria advise that there is a 70% average hair count reduction 3 weeks after the second treatment. We would recommend continuing treatments until you acheive the desired level of hair reduction

Like any hair removal treatment, preparing your skin is key to seeing the results you want.
Before every treatment, firstly cleanse the treatment area. Remove any lotions, cosmetics, creams or perfumes that may block the laser light.
Then you must have the treatment area. This removes the surface hair and will help the light to better reach the hair follicles and improve comfort. Lastly, dry the treatment area.
Step 1. Unlock
For your safety, the Tria Laser 4X comes with a lock and skin sensor. It will always be locked when it is not in use. To unlock the laser, hold the skin sensor on the base of the device against the skin of your treatment area.
If the Tria Laser 4X is safe for your skin tone, the device will make a series of beeps and unlock.
Step 2. Set the Treatment Level
The Tria Hair Removal Laser has 5 different energy levels. It is clinically proven that higher levels were proven to be 2-3 times more effective. If you can tolerate the highest settings, you will see the best results.
Step 3. Treatment
To treat, touch and hold the treatment window flat to your skin until you hear two beeps. If the device does not beep, you may not have full contact between the device and your skin.
A buzzing tone rather than a beeping tone indicates you have lifted the device from the skin before the pulse was finished.
Do not move the treatment window between the first and second beep because this will disrupt the laser pulse and reduce its effectiveness.
Next, lift the device and place the treatment window back on the skin so it overlaps with the previous spot. You want to achieve an overlapping pattern in your treatment area, so each time you reposition the treatment window, move it about half the distance of the treatment window (.25 inches).
The overlapping method will ensure you cover all the hair follicles.
Different treatment areas require different numbers of pulses and time. Use the below table as a Pulse Counter Guide.
Underarms 100 per side 4-5 per side
Bikini 200 per side 8-10 per side
Upper Lip 25 2-3
Upper Leg 600 per side 25-30 per side
Lower Leg 600 per side 25-30 per side
Before you use the Tria Hair Removal Laser 4X, read the user guide for important safety and how-to-use information.

  • DO NOT use the Tria Laser 4X if you are under the age of 18 or use it on anyone else under the age of 18. The use of the Tria Laser 4X on or by children has not been studied and could result in serious injury.
  • DO NOT use the Tria Laser 4X if your skin tone matches one listed as “Not Safe” on the Skin Tone Chart on the inside front cover of this booklet. If you use the Tria Laser 4X on skin “Not Safe” for treatment, the skin may absorb too much laser light and be injured (burned, discolored or scarred).
  • DO NOT use the Tria Laser 4X if you have a lighter hair color, such as blond, white, red or grey. In order for the laser to work, you must have naturally dark hair where you are treating. Lighter hair pigments will not absorb enough of the laser's energy to disable the hair follicle.
