If you get a functioning unit its the best out there!

NuFace zapped me, creating broken capillaries; ZIIP is better but super strong I can only use the sensitive program; inexpensive but good Rio necklift works really well, battery life not v good but this one the CACI is absolutely the best of all electronic home devices I have tested. Not only you do not need to cover your face in an expensive/unpleasant conductive gel, this is entirely painless AND effective! The poor reviews seem to be relating to battery life/not charging so why doesn't CACI simply fix this manufacturing issue and bring back this device as by a mile most comfortable to use AND gives best results!! Silly reason to discontinue product.

Terrible product, breaks without reason

Twice I have bought this product and twice they have broken after just a few months. Through no fault of my own, I didn't dropped them or mistreated them. Over £600 and they simply broke. suffered from battery issues and problems with the hinges. I contacted CACI and sent them my microlift both times. Both times they haven't been helpful and have refused to repair or take responsibility for the faults. I've seen and be told that many other people have had the same issues but CACI denies it. ut you can simply look at the customer reviews on Amazon for the CACI microlift to find more people who've had the same problems as me. Now I have to send them money so that they can mail me back the last one that broke so that I can take it to a claims court for legal action. Please save your money and don't purchase this product.

Poor Battery Performance

I have been using this device since March this year, or least I've been trying too! Whilst I think the CACI Microlift provides some benefits, they are far outweighed by the irritation of the thing not working when it should. The Microlift uses re-chargeable batteries which CACI say you can get up to three hours usage (approximately 20 treatment sessions). This is not my experience, I’d be lucky to get 10 sessions and then the batteries don’t charge at all, forcing me to spend another £6 for 2 AAA batteries. So buyer beware, on top of the buds you are likely to require additional ridiculously expensive batteries every few months. I’m on my third lot.

I’d expected better from CACI. :-(

Megan

Bought my unit last year. Had problems with charging. To be fair current body offered to return it to caci for checking but when it worked it worked well so I kept it. After less than 18 months the unit is useless. Doesn't charge. If it does charge it won't switch on. It's a shame as it could be brilliant. As it is, in an expensive mistake

Do not buy

I bought the Caci after having the treatment at a salon and loving the results. Sadly the home use machine doesn't replicate the salon results, as there's a real problem with recharging the unit. The rechargeable batteries supplied with the unit would not recharge. When l reported the problem I was told it was a common problem and l was sent a new set of batteries. The new batteries had exactly the same issue, so I arranged to return the unit. I was told I was not entitled to a refund, only an exchange for a similar unit (a NufaceTrinity) I was not able to choose which item I would like in exchange. So the bottom line is don't buy the Caci, or if you really want to try it, buy it elsewhere so that you'll be able to get a full refund if necessary.
