Scott Stapleton - Our resident Personal Fitness Trainer
"Experience has taught me that becoming fit or gaining control of your weight is never easy. I focus on getting each client fit, healthy and toned and I believe that Personal Training must be challenging, varied and fun. Clients will plateau, and the training system I have developed supports the client through this period and on to achieving improved fitness, well being, self confidence and great shape.
Many trainers measure success by the number of their clients that have completed marathons, or the amount of weight they have lost. I feel success is measured by building relationships with clients who feel great about themselves and are happy with the results of our work together."
