What’s your diet downfall?

For some people it’s fried food, or biscuits, or even a cheeky pint laden with empty calories. For me, it’s chocolate. I can eat well for the entire week, exercise my little heart out, and then the weekend comes and I blow it all by sitting down with a bar of Dairy Milk and a trashy movie.

Since I discovered this recipe for raw chocolate and orange bars I’ve been doing back flips with joy! Imagine a sweet bar of intense chocolate and orangey goodness with a deeply fudgy texture. That’s exactly what these bars are, but they’re also:

  • Vegan
  • Gluten Free
  • Wheat Free
  • Dairy Free
  • Low Fat
  • Packed with Protein

You will Need

100g unsalted almonds

100g unsalted hazelnuts

125g dates

100g giant raisins

Zest of one orange

2 tablespoons unprocessed cocoa
