Please can you tell me the differences between the Fitness and Sport models? Not sure which one to get. I cycle, but not on a tremendous scale. I prefer an overall fitness level with the ability to build muscle/tone/firm. Also, I want either one that can relieve pain in the upper neck and back areas. So far, I am leaning towards the Compex Mi-Fitness, but am not sure if the Mi-Sport offers ALL of the Mi-fitness functions Plus more??

I go to the gym / work out on average 6 hours a week doing a combination of Weights and Cardio. I have lost nearly 3 stone and have 20 lbs to go. I want to tone up, lose the rest of my weight and reduce the cellulite I have on my legs. My problem areas are my arms (bingo wings!!), tummy and back. I would not say money is no object but I would like to get the fastest and most all round result from the best value product. Any advice you can offer would be appreciated.

Hi, Can you tell me the differences between the Runner, Fitness and Sport models. I am making the transition from running 10K and Half Marathons to full Marathons at club level. I would like boost my endurance, core stability (I have slight imbalance in my running) and speed my recovery. Ideally I would like the device aid recovery after Alpine and Tour skiing. At my level am I going to benefit from the additional features in the sport and fitness models? Many thanks

I'd mostly like to strengthen, tone and definite my muscles but also work stamina and aerobic. Which Compex should I choose?? Does the Compex Performance have programmes for the abdominal regions and the buttocks, as the Compex Energy has??

I was considering purchasing one of the Gform machines. I have a friend who has one so I read the manual - it says to get optimum results you need to do aerobic exercise afterwards - can you explain what they mean. Does it have to be immediately afterwards or is it within a set period of time? Does that mean it would be completely useless to use the machine last thing at night or would it still be beneficial if I was going to exercise the following day? Thanks

I am practicing Karate, and I need more muscle on shoulder, back, abdominal and legs. Also I am running a lot. I am wondering which I should choose between Compex Performance and Compex Runner.

Is it advisable to use kneehab more than the recommended 2*20 minute sessions. I had knee arthroscopy in may 2010 and would like to know whether I could have 3*20 minute sessions a day as I have serious thigh muscle wastage. I am not consulting a physio. I appreciate any help you can provide. Thanks Qasim

Can I use conductive gel on self-adhesive pads after they have lost their adhesive ability or I have to replace them?

I had a knee arthoscopy 9 months ago. Can walk fine with the odd twinge. Still have muscle wastage. Currently in Austria wanting to ski but just can't. Would kneehab still work after so long? I would combine with exercise bike and row machine. I'm desperate to ski again.
