The treatment delivered by the Wellbox is mechanical and does not require the use of a cream. You can however use creams and products after the Wellbox treatment, as it will improve the absorption and diffusion of the active ingredients.

It is supplied with one gel (for use before treatment) and one cream (for use after). Both should last the 6-8 weeks of the initial treatment (which involves using the Stop 2-3 times a week). After the initial treatment, top ups around once a week are recommend so any replacement gel or cream should last around 3-6 months. It normally takes around 7-10 days for delivery to the US from our warehouse in London. We send it by an insured and trackable postal service. There aren't any fees to pay when it arrives in the US.

The TriPollar POSE Preparation Gel is specifically formulated to be used in conjunction with the TriPollar POSE device. It is the only ointment that should be used during treatment. TriPollar POSE Preparation Gel forces the TriPollar energy deep into the dermis layer which is our target for treatment and prevents the over-heating of the epidermal skin. Other forms of gel may cause skin surface over-heating and will block the energy from reaching deep into the dermis. It should last you for 12 treatments of a large area.

The TriPollar POSE can be used on as many different individuals on the same day as you want. It is recommended that you do follow the treatment guidelines for each individual which means that each individual should only have 2 - 3 treatments per week. The POSE will not overheat or be damaged if used more than once a day.

You should allow 48 hours between each session therefore you should be using your Stop 2-3 times a week. There are a few reasons that affect the Orange light from being on. Please ensure the gel is applied in a very thin layer and the circle movements you do should not be too fast or too slow. If you are treating a large or small treatment area does affect the Orange light, so it is best to follow the picture on the user manual for the treatment areas. You need to apply a reasonable amount of pressure otherwise the orange light may not show. When the orange light turns on it means you have reached the correct temperature, you should stay there a few more seconds and then move to an adjacent area. If you don’t move, the green light turns off because of over heating – this is the safety mechanism. Only if you move to an adjacent area the green light will turn on again and the device will start heating again.
