Hi Melanie, Everyone differs in how quickly they see results. If it's toning then they can be seen and indeed felt quickly. If its weight loss then we recommend it is used for minimum 8 to 12 weeks and of course alongside a healthy lifestyle. Often people see instant results when using it to spot inch loss. As with going to the gym the key is to use it regularly and on different body areas and with different programmes. If you want to give information on your goals and currrent situation we can be more specific with an answer and advise on how to use the GForm Mini or Micro to maximum effect for your own needs. We would recommend the G Form Mini as it has weight loss programmes and can be used all over the body, rather than just specific areas as with the G Form Micro.

The answer is no. There is fat in men’s chest but also breast tissue so it wouldn't suitable. We would recommend the G Form Mini for use on 'man boobs'.

G Form does not have to be used WITH exercise nor does it need to be used before/after/during. However, when used in conjunction with a healthy lifestyle it can help of course to improve results. Many women use G Form because the don't do the specific types of exercises needed to improve parts of their bodies. Lipolysis (breaking down fat cells) and lymphatic (fluid retention) programmes are also great stand alone applications which can be used any time of the day. The G-Form Micro or Mini should not be painful at all. The G-Form Micro has three settings (the Mini has several extra programs):

Electrolypolisis or lipolysis, which has a positive effect on breaking down fat cells by breaking down tryglicerides into free fatty acids and water. The program is used to reduce cellulite and enhance shape in various parts of the body. Unlike other muscle stimulating devices using pads it is very comfortable and relaxing and works directly on the fat cells.

You should feel tingling sensation. We cannot recommend a setting as everyone is different. I use my machine between 8 and 10. With this setting you should not see any muscle contraction.
The Lymphatic drainage program helps to facilitate the process of electrolipolysis. The aim is to improve circulation and therefore enhance the elimination of waste products. A well-functioning venous system has positive effects on the whole body enhancing your wellbeing. Lymphatic drainage is also beneficial for anyone who suffers from water retention. Again this should be comfortable without any contraction
The toning program gives an intense muscular workout, comparable to regular strength training sessions, increasing muscular density, muscle mass and agility. This program works on type two muscle, to make this muscle group work hard the unit will need to make the muscle work thus a contraction is visible.
